Severity 1 - Critical A complete or partial failure of the system such that the system is off-line or unable to be used by the majority of users. No workaround exists. Severity 2 - Major Software is functioning but use is severely reduced. A significant number of users cannot continue to function without major inconvenience. No workaround exists. Severity 3 - Normal A problem or incident that involves partial, non-critical loss of use of the software i.e. medium-to-low impact on the business, but your business continues to function, including by using a procedural workaround. Severity 4 - Low Low-to-no impact on business or functionality i.e. business continues to function, including by using a procedural workaround. Interruption of the system impacting a single user or small number of users.
